Yes. Restaurant or Retail software is included with every Topaz station for life. There's no monthly fee, no per-feature upsell, and no expiration. You also get free updates and bilingual support, indefinitely.

How fast does it ship and from where?

Free shipping ships within 5 business days. Orders are fulfilled from whichever of our two warehouses is closer — Toronto for Canada and the US Northeast, Las Vegas for the US West, Southwest, and Mexico.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

You have 30 days to return it for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fee. The unit also comes with a 1-year hardware warranty, so any defect during normal use means a replacement on us.

Can I switch between Restaurant and Retail later?

Yes. The license is a single account that lets you flip the station between Restaurant and Retail at any time. Most Topaz customers pick one and stick with it.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Topaz runs in hybrid-cloud mode — the station keeps selling, printing, and tracking inventory even if your internet drops. Once you're back online, everything syncs automatically.
